With a focus on our mission of Going for Zero heart attacks and strokes, OMRON Healthcare is highlighting our first remote patient monitoring service, VitalSight, created to foster active health condition management. Designed to strengthen the patient-physician connection, guide behavior change, and reduce health risks, this easy-to-use service enables a physician to enroll patients with high-risk levels of hypertension. Patients receive a kit delivered to their home that includes an OMRON connected blood pressure monitor and data hub that are pre-set to securely share measurements with the patient’s care team. VitalSight integrates directly with the physician’s EMR system or through the VitalSight Dashboard, and signals when a patient has readings that indicate action needs to be taken.
