All first time exhibitors must submit the PDF version of the Application and Contract for Exhibit Space for ACC approval. Completed applications should include your top (3) booth number preferences and may be sent to accexhibits@spargoinc.com. If approved, you will be sent notifiation of your booth assignment via email. Credit Card Payments:
Upon completion of a contract, an invoice will be sent with instructions on how to submit your credit card payment online. Within these instructions will be a link to log into the “My Account” feature in the Exhibitor Portal. There, you will enter your credit card information into a secure server. Your personal information is never stored, and you will never be asked to email your credit card information.
Cards may be taken via phone should the exhibitor call SPARGO directly. You can download your invoice receipt as a .pdf from this page, or a paid invoice will be returned immediately upon processing of the transaction if you request a receipt via email.
