Meeting space that's aisles away, not miles away.
A convenient meeting space solution, an ExpoSuite is a hardwall, furnished meeting room where you can hold staff meetings, meet privately with potential clients, conduct investigator meetings or host hospitality events. There is no need for you or your guests to leave the Convention Center, or even the exhibit hall. ExpoSuites are located in the exhibit hall, giving you the convenience of meeting space that’s aisles away, not miles away.
Each ExpoSuite comes with basic furnishings, including carpet, table(s), chairs and company identification signs, taking the hassle out of your meeting planning. ExpoSuites are available in various sizes, starting at 10’ x 10’.
ExpoSuites are available to host your meetings for several hours each day:
- Friday, April 1: 9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
(exhibitor staff only)
- Saturday, April 2: 9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
- Sunday, April 3: 9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
- Monday, April 4: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
