Interactive Learning Labs™

ACC professional attendees tell us they want to learn and experience—what they don’t want is a sales pitch.

An Interactive Learning Lab is your opportunity to appeal to this request and draw engaged, qualified attendees to your Lab…with education, with expertise, and with an intimate, interactive experience that goes beyond the typical exhibit booth encounter. Hosts are welcome to program sessions as they wish, within the 19 hours of open Expo time.

Strategically located within the Expo, each Learning Lab consists of a private, hard wall meeting room with a ceiling, equipped to accommodate 12-20 attendees per session (depending on room size).  The structure, standard furnishings, basic a/v, and carpeting are all provided, as well as extensive pre-meeting and on-site promotion, including incorporation of your presentation information in the online meeting planner and ACC.19 mobile app.

Reserving Your Lab
Please review the ACC.19 Interactive Learning Lab Guidelines, and then submit the ACC.19 Interactive Learning Lab Application and Contract.  Please note that Learning Labs are available to confirmed ACC.19 exhibitors only.
