The Duke Clinical Research Institute (DCRI) is the world’s largest academic clinical research organization. Our mission is to develop, share, and implement knowledge that improves health around the world through innovative clinical research. Through a unique partnership between practicing physicians and professional research staff, the DCRI conducts groundbreaking multinational trials, manages major national patient registries, and performs landmark research.
