The Recharge+Renew Pavilion which will consist of areas where attendees will enjoy a break from their busy day. ACC will promote the pavilion and its supporters through signage, the Mobile App, and the Program-At-A-Glance. 

Therapy Dog Area

Support the Therapy Dog Area and put a smile on each and every attendee that visits. The Therapy Dog Area will include volunteer therapy dogs, seating, your digital ad on rotation, branded table clings, a branded counter, branded wall panel, carpet overlay and lead retrieval .

Make an impression with your company branding and messaging on an 8’ x 8’ carpet overlay as attendees explore the Expo Hall.

Your support allows attendees to enjoy free wireless Internet in meeting rooms and common areas at McCormick Place. In addition to a custom landing page, your corporate name and logo will appear on onsite signage recognizing your support of this much valued service for the attendees and the leadership of ACC.20/WCC.

Gain visibility while attendees stop to take a break, have some refreshments and network with their colleagues in the Expo Hall. As attendees have requested more seating in the Expo Hall, this package now comes with stools at each table.

Attendees need to recharge their multiple devices and these units, placed strategically within the Convention Center, will capture their attention with a customized locker wrap and digital and static advertisements while they are tapping into your power source. Ask us about gaining even more exposure by adding a 3' x 2' floor sticker at each locker location for an additional $2,500. 

Private Meeting Rooms are permanent meeting rooms in the Convention Center where you can hold staff meetings, meet privately with potential clients, conduct investigator meetings or host hospitality events.
