With a unique mobile platform, users can alert 911 and EMBER’s medic network simultaneously, reducing emergency response times to less than 5 minutes. The in-app telehealth triage feature also allows patients to receive professional recommendations on what kind of care is right for them via telehealth video, audio and chat (upcoming) service.
