JenaValve Technology is developing the first transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) designed aortic regurgitation (AR). The JenaValve Trilogy Heart Valve System is the only device in the EU approved for AR. In the US, JenaValve has completed the pivotal ALIGN-AR IDE Trial, and if approved, Trilogy will be the first TAVR system in the US indicated for AR. In 2025, JenaValve will launch the randomized ARTIST Trial, comparing Trilogy to surgery in intermediate- and lower-risk patients. The Trilogy Heart Valve System is not for sale in the US and is limited by Federal (or United States) law to investigational use.
