The service is designed to improve the patient-physician connection, guide behavior change, and improve treatment outcomes. Designed for hypertension management, VitalSight is an easy-to-use service that the physician enrolls a patient, the patient receives a kit at their home that includes an OMRON connected blood pressure monitor and data hub that securely shares regular patient measurements to the patient’s physician and care team. VitalSight is available at little to no cost to the patient depending on coverage and is reimbursable through Medicare.
