Advocate Aurora Health Care, largest Health Care Provider in the State of Illinois that emphasizes 1) quality care, 2) education and 3) research. Obesity and its relationship to other diseases is increasing rapidly resulting in major global epidemiological issue.The effects of obesity in 24 hearts specimens of all ages Is displayed. In addition, we present the cardiac conduction system of 7 obese young people who died suddenly. The heart specimens and the conduction system, we provide the highest form of evidence base medicine to the global cardiology community who take care of obese patients. The heart exhibit may stimulate all stakeholders to develop innovative approaches including epigenetics to prevent the global epidemic of obesity, that affects all ages in varying ways
