Prime Time Educational Events
ACC once again offers you the opportunity to hold a non-certified educational event for ACC.20/WCC attendees in a Chicago venue of your choosing during “prime time”—the morning and evening hours. Breakfast slots offer the opportunity to engage physicians before they head to the convention center for their day of sessions. The evening events—always popular with physicians—offer you the flexibility to tailor the length of your presentation as appropriate to your topic and audience.

To help maximize your event turnout, the number of slots available for each time block is limited to three companies.

ACC Boosts Your Marketing Efforts
ACC will give your marketing efforts a boost to promote attendance at your event. Included in the registration fee is a complimentary one-time use of the ACC.20/WCC advance professional registrant mailing list and a listing of your event online, in the ACC.20/WCC mobile app, and in ACC.20/WCC publications.

Please be advised that space may be limited at hotels and other venues in Chicago. You are encouraged to act soon to secure ACC approval of your ACC.20/WCC Prime Time Event so that you may book space.

Please review the ACC.20/WCC Prime Time Event Guidelines, and then submit the ACC.20/WCC Prime Time Event Application and Contract. Right of first refusal may apply.
