Make checks payable to American College of Cardiology—Exhibits. ACC will accept U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks only. Checks drawn on non-U.S. banks will be returned to applicants, which will delay the approval process of the application. Applications are given consideration for assignment according to the date they are received with payment.
Contact the ACC Expo Department at email@example.com for necessary information. Wire transfers must cover all applicable fees assessed by both the sending and receiving banks.
Applications with credit card payments may be faxed directly to the ACC Expo Department at 703-563-2689. To provide your credit card information over the phone, please call 703-631-6200. Please note: Credit cards will be assessed a non-refundable 3% processing fee in addition to the cost of the exhibit space. The cardholder’s signature is required in the Payment Method section of the application. This is in addition to the authorized officer’s signature in the Agreement section.
