Industry-Expert Theater

ACC is pleased to offer a great promotional opportunity for our exhibitors—the Industry-Expert Theater. ACC has created a venue in prime space at the front of the exhibit hall that will be available for exhibitors to hold promotional presentations during our busiest Expo hours—the Expo Coffee Breaks, Expo Lunch & Learn, and Expo/Poster Hour timeframes.

The Theater was a resounding success in its inaugural year at ACC.09, as evidenced by the outstanding feedback we received from attendee surveys. Some highlights:

97.7% of respondents indicated that they were extremely satisfied/very satisfied/satisfied with the presentation
96.7% of respondents indicated that they would be likely to attend another presentation in the Theater
91.9% of respondents indicated that the educational design/format supported their learning

Take advantage of this excellent opportunity for your company to shine by holding a promotional presentation or activity, highlighting a new service or presenting data on a new product. We'll create the hard-walled Theater with seating for approximately 250 attendees; supply the AV, furnishings, and catering; and promote your presentation to the ACC.10 and i2 Summit attendees—all you have to do is bring your best presentation and help promote your event to your target audience.

Each time slot will be allowed a one-hour setup period and one half-hour to vacate the room after the presentation is over. It is imperative that all presentations take no longer than the one-hour presentation time allotted—presentations will not be permitted to "run long."

Important Deadlines

ACC.09 Industry-Expert Theater slot holders will be offered the right of first refusal on the same time slot at ACC.10. Companies that wish to exercise their right of first refusal must submit a Theater Application with 50% deposit by Nov. 13, 2009. If Application with 50% deposit is not received by Nov. 13, 2009, the slot will be made available to other interested parties. Any time slots remaining after Nov. 13, 2009, will be assigned via a lottery system to all applicants whose Applications are received by Nov. 20, 2009.
