ExpoSuites, hardwall lockable rooms located on the expo floor, are available exclusively to exhibiting companies in several different sizes, to accommodate everything from your daily staff meetings to a client lounge.

The ACC.10 ExpoSuites will be located on the exhibit floor at the front of Hall B4, providing an easily accessible location to conduct business, go over strategy and goals with staff, or just relax between meetings—without wasting precious time leaving the GWCC!

ExpoSuites are rented for the duration of the ACC Annual Scientific Session to ensure that you are able to maximize your time at the meeting. And each ACC ExpoSuite comes complete with basic furnishings to take the hassle out of your meeting planning.

Exhibitors are responsible for ordering electrical service, office equipment, phones, Internet, catering, etc. Exhibitors that order ExpoSuites will receive a separate electronic ExpoSuite Service Kit that includes all the forms needed to order additional services, furnishings and other materials.
