Third-Party Planners

Exhibitors who choose to use a third-party planner to produce and/or market their non-CME/CE satellite events must submit to ACC a Third-Party Authorization Letter, naming the third party as being authorized to handle planning responsibilities on the exhibitor’s behalf. The text of the Third-Party Authorization Letter can be found below.

The confirmed Third-Party Planner will then be contacted with the sponsoring company’s password and directions for completing the online Satell ite Event Request Form (SERF).

No direct requests from third-party planners will be considered. Unauthorized requests from third-party planners for access to the Satellite Event Request Form will be denied.

It is the responsibility of the exhibiting company to ensure that all individuals involved with the planning, production, marketing and/or execution of a non-CME/CE satellite event are aware of and abide by the Non-CME/CE Satellite Event Guidelines.

Third-Party Authorization Letter

Exhibitors who choose to use a third-party planner to produce and/or market their non-CME/CE satellite events must submit to ACC a Third-Party Authorization Letter. NEW! The Third-Party Authorization Letter may be submitted via e-mail from the exhibitor representative’s company e-mail account or submitted on the exhibiting company’s letterhead. The letter must contain the following text and information:

[EXHIBITING COMPANY] hereby confirms that the third-party planning company listed below will be responsible for all arrangements and decisions on our behalf with regard to our non- CME/CE satellite event activities during the 59th Annual Scientific Session.
We further authorize the American College of Cardiology (ACC) to release to the third-party planning company listed below our exhibitor password necessary to carry out the non-CME/CE satellite event request process. We further acknowledge that the ACC is not responsible for the actions of the third party listed below with respect to the use of our exhibitor password.
I understand that it is the responsibility of the exhibiting company to ensure that all individuals involved with the planning, production, marketing and/or execution of a non-CME/CE satellite event are aware of and abide by the Non-CME/CE Satellite Event Guidelines.
I am an authorized representative of the exhibiting company with the full power and authority to sign and deliver this authorization.
