Don’t miss an exciting NEW! Learning Destination at ACC.10—the Hybrid Cath Lab/OR Suite and 3D CV Theater! Interventionalists, cardiac surgeons and general cardiologists will want to explore this multi-modality room, designed to support a variety of integrated surgical and endovascular procedures. Located in Expo Hall B4, this interactive, multi-vendor venue will allow you to get a first-hand look—and feel—of the latest technologies.

In the Hybrid Cath Lab/OR Suite, you’ll discover how to integrate high-quality, high-resolution imaging with advanced 3D software to support confident decision-making, in combination with surgical tables, lighting, and other OR equipment, to help you perform a full range of procedures within one setting. Here, you can learn how to develop a comprehensive solution that simplifies the Hybrid OR. Also, take advantage of a unique 3D planning tool that can help you visualize a hybrid suite that will meet your clinical expectations.

The adjoining 3D CV Theater features presentations by physicians currently performing intravascular and surgical procedures in hybrid suites. Each live presentation pairs a cardiologist with a surgeon, allowing you to hear perspectives from both sides on a variety of hybrid suite procedures and cases. In addition, the Theater offers video presentations of cases from around the world.

Please see below for the 3D CV Theater presentation schedule (as of Feb. 22, 2010).
