Electronic Health Records (EHR) Pavilion

ACC.10 will feature a dedicated exhibit area on the Expo floor for companies offering technologies and services designed to automate and streamline the clinician’s workflow.

i2 Summit Interventional Pavilion

A dedicated exhibit area will be reserved on the Expo floor for companies with products and services of interest to interventional cardiovascular professionals. The i2 Summit Simulation Stations, offering hands-on simulation training to attendees, will be located adjacent to the Interventional Pavilion.

Publishers Showcase

The Annual Scientific Session Exposition will continue to offer the Publishers Showcase, where publishers of medical texts and other relevant material may display their products. Individual book sales may be made from these exhibits.

Please note: Space in the EHR Pavilion, i2 Summit Interventional Pavilion and Publishers Showcase is limited. If you choose to request exhibit space in one of these areas, you are encouraged to submit your Application and payment early, as space assignments in these areas will be made using the Priority Point system, then on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, please indicate your preference for exhibit space in these areas in Section 3 of your Application.

Industry-Expert Theater

ACC is pleased to offer a great promotional opportunity for exhibitors—the Industry-Expert Theater. ACC has created a venue in prime space at the front of the exhibit hall that will be available for exhibitors to hold promotional presentations during our busiest Expo hours—the Expo Coffee Breaks, Expo Lunch & Learn and Expo/Poster Hour timeframes. ExpoSuites

During the Exposition, exhibitors may rent ExpoSuites, hardwall, lockable rooms located on the Expo floor in Hall B4 of the GWCC. The ExpoSuites are available in various sizes, and they are a convenient place for exhibitors to hold staff meetings, meet privately with potential clients, conduct investigator meetings or host hospitality events. ExpoSuites are an opportunity offered only to exhibiting companies. If you are interested in ordering ExpoSuites, please indicate your interest in Section 3 of your Application. ExpoSuite information, including rates and furnishing packages, and the ExpoSuite Application & Contract will be available online in November of 2009. ExpoSuite space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Interactive Learning Areas

ACC.10 will feature two interactive learning areas. ACC attendees can try their hand at simulation training in the Simulation Rooms located adjacent to the i2 Summit Interventional Pavilion. Physicians can receive hands-on training on procedures including coronary, carotid, renal and SFA/iliac interventions. And don’t miss the Heart Songs Learning Lab, located adjacent to the Expo floor. Attendees can improve their cardiac auscultation skills by listening to heart sounds on an iPod while viewing supplementary material on poster boards.

NEW! VIP Member Lounge

Located in the front of Hall B2 on the Expo floor, this area will be open to ACC members only during all Expo Hall hours. Members will have the opportunity to relax and network, check their e-mails and enjoy coffee during the Sunday and Monday Expo/Poster hours. This new area will draw ACC member attendees to the Expo floor—and your booth.
